In the agate-studio.com online store, you can order goods at any time of the day, any day of the week. When ordering goods, you can choose the most convenient delivery method for you:

Orders from our warehouse are delivered within 1-2 days Parcels are collected only on working days (from Monday to Friday).
If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and inform you that the delivery may take longer. The maximum delivery time should not exceed 2 weeks.
Please note that according to the law, couriers, drivers are not obliged to lift/unload goods or help to carry goods to the apartment weighing more than 30 kg. Please make sure that during the delivery there is a person nearby who will help you bring the goods to the premises or place you need in the event that there is no suitable access to the premises for a freight elevator.
*Products are delivered throughout Lithuania, except for the Curonian Spit. Goods are delivered to the Curonian Spit according to a separate agreement.
Goods are sent to foreign countries according to a separate agreement (contact us). These orders are subject to additional shipping fees (at TNT courier rates) and longer delivery times.
We ask customers to specify the exact delivery address and contact phone number. Delivery in Lithuania, for which the total amount of the order is less than 50 EUR, costs 5 for delivery by courier or 3 EUR for collection by post machine. For orders over 50 EUR - FREE DELIVERY!
The condition of the product MUST be checked during delivery with the presence of the courier! When violations are found, it is necessary to record them. When receiving the ordered goods, check the condition of the shipment. If you have any comments regarding the packaging of the product, the quantity of the product, or if you see that the package is damaged, crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged, please immediately inform the courier representative during delivery, request a defect-claim form from the courier and give it to the courier to sign after filling it out. Otherwise, claims for damaged goods will not be accepted

Return/exchange of defective product
If the reason for the return or exchange of the product is the inappropriate quality of the product, agate-studio.com undertakes to replace the product of inappropriate quality with a product of suitable quality at its own expense or to return the money paid for the product. Goods of unsuitable quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules of Retail Trade", approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 11.06.2001 no. 697 (redaction of Resolution No. 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania 2014-07-22) .
Quality product return/exchange
Goods of suitable quality are returned in accordance with the "Rules of Retail Trade", approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 11.06.2001 no. 697 (redaction of Resolution No. 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania 2014-07-22) .
In this case, the cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.
Conditions for returning goods
- The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging, without losing its merchandise appearance (this does not apply when returning a low-quality item), complete with accessories.
- The returned item must be undamaged and unused.
- It is also necessary to submit the product purchase document and all the documentation that came with the product.
- In case of return of goods, money for services rendered (transportation, loading works, etc.) is not refunded.
The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in this article.
